Your Second Family
Our Adult Day Program offers:
Recreation: Structured activities are offered, including exercise, music, crafts, activities that stimulate thinking and problem solving, gardening, entertainment and much more.
Socialization: Participants enjoy socializing with peers, sharing and enjoying activities and programs with others.
Nursing Services: Participants may receive medication, health screening and monitoring.
Hot Meals and Snacks: Meals and snacks are provided according to nutritional needs and dietary restrictions.
Respite Care
Your Second Family offers “respite” or short-term, temporary, in-residence care for elders who need a supervised and structured setting while families take a break from the daily routine of care-giving.
Transportation
Your Second Family provides free transportation to and from our facility in the following areas Parma, Parma Hts., North Royalton, strongsville and Cleveland areas (10 mile radius).
Staffing
LICENSED NURSES to administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs, glucose levels, and chronic health issues. Along with managing the day-to-day health needs of our participants, our nurses also provide educational programs and are available to attend to any illnesses or emergencies.
ACTIVITIES PROFESSIONALS plan and conduct activity programs which are personalized to individual interests to help keep all of our participants active and engaged.
NURSING ASSISTANTS to assist with activities, feeding, and personal care.
DIETARY CONSULTANT to assist with meal plans and special diets
costs
We accept Medicaid, most insurances and private pay.
